J’utilisais au début un petit chalumeau à gaz pour crème brûlée (environ 10cm de haut) qui était léger et pratique mais malheureusement difficile à recharger.

Ensuite j’ai opté pour un chalumeau plus gros et bien plus efficace.

I used at the start a small gas burner for crème brûlée (about 10cm high) which was light and practical but unfortunately difficult to reload.

Then I opted for a larger and much more efficient torch.
